Megan Ernsberger double winner for Tiger Track

The Tiger Track team competed Friday, April 11, in the Seventh Annual Doug Mowery Track Invitational at Van Buren High School. Both teams finished sixth overall.

The top performer for the Tigers was Megan Ernsberger who won the girls 100 high hurdles and 300 low hurdles.

Tigers finishing in third place were Lindsay Davis (high jump), Christian Richmond (100 meter dash), Jacob Dick (Disc), and AJ Hotaling (pole vault).

Fourth place finishers were Christian Richmond (200 meter dash), Jacob Dick (shot), Mariah Leonard (pole vault), the girls 4 x 100 meter relay team of Megan Ernsberger, Lindsay Davis, Catlin Cook, and Kenzie Carles, and the boys 4 x 200 meter relay team of Lane Bishop, Tyler Stimmel, Christian Richmond, and Taylor Bishop.

Lacey Trumbull finished fifth in the 800 and 1600 meter runs. Joining her with fifth place finishes were Mariah Leonard (3200 meter run), Tyler Stimmel (400 meter dash), Jacob Pelton (high jump), Lane Bishop (200 meter dash), the 4 x 100 meter relay

team of Taylor Bishop, Jacob Dick, Lane Bishop, and Gabe De Los Reyes, the 4 x 400 meter relay team of Nathan Flores, Anousanh Ornpaeng, Tyler Stimmel, and Caleb Swope, and the 4 x 800 meter relay team of Tanner Gray-Duvall, Caleb Swope, Nathan Flores, and Tyler Stimmel.

Sixth place points were earned by AJ Hotaling (3200 meter run), Catlin Cook (long jump), Morgan Okuley (disc), and the 4 x 400 meter relay team of Raegan Fleckner, Lacey Trumbull, Leah Hetrick, and Casidy Hiser.

Finishing seventh was Cody Gerdeman (100 meter high hurdles and 300 meter low hurdles), Catlin Cook (100 meter dash), Kiah Powell (shot), Kaley McCartney (disc), and the 4 x 200 meter relay team of Leah Hetrick, Lindsay Davis, Casidy Hiser, and Kenzie Carles.

Tigers finishing in eighth were AJ Hotaling (1600 meter run), Casidy Hiser (100 meter dash), Leslie Busch (1600 meter run), Morgan Okuley (shot), and Kenzie Carles (pole vault).

The team will be back in action Tuesday April 15th at the St Wendelin Invitational.
