The Tiger baseball team recently ended the 2014 campaign with 3 straight wins.
A 9-1 win over Vanlue, 4-3 win over Tiffin-Calvert, and 12-10 win over New Riegel, ending the season with a 13-14 overall record. The Tigers 7-3 league record was good for a 3rd place finish in the final year of Midland Athletic League play. Seneca East won the league this year with a 9-1 finish, followed by Hopewell-Loudon 8-2, and then NB at 7-3.
Jacob Frost, Brock Boyer and Sean Watson all earned a pitching victory during the last 3 games. Zach Stewart led the Tigers in batting average this season with a .444 mark, followed by Frost .367, Levi Newcomer .351, Brock Boyer .347, Sean Watson .288, Tyler Trumbull .281, Garrett Boyer .238, Zach
