Darlene LeWayne Drager, 71, of Findlay passed away at 12:10 PM Monday, June 16, 2014 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center.
She was born to the late Lawrence and Vera (Grover) Baker on Jan. 27, 1943 in Toledo, Ohio. On June 15, 1962, she married Evan William "Bill" Drager, and they celebrated 52 years of marriage. Along with her husband, she is survived by two sons, Kerry (Linda) Drager of MD and Kelly Drager of VA; two daughters, Fawn Brickner of NY and Michelle (Steven) Doyle of MD; grandchildren, Heather (Joseph) Nappi; Nick Drager; Ryan Drager; Stephanie Lyons; Sean Drager; Joshua Beatty and Matthew Beatty and two great-grandchildren, DJ and Matthew Nappi; three brothers, Clayton (Donna) Baker; Clarence (Pam) Baker and Jimmy (Shirley) Baker and six sisters, Diane (Richard) McClellan of Bloomdale; Sharon (Sam) Peavler of McComb; Candy (David) Greeno of Arlington; Kathleen (Benjamin) VanScoder of Portage; Linda (Paul) Barfell of Findlay and Melissa (John) Mettler of North Baltimore. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lawrence E. Baker, Jr. and John A. Baker and a sister, Elizabeth J. Baker.
Darlene served her country proudly from Feb. 2, 1962-December 10, 1962 in the US Navy. She retired from Measurex-DMC as a buyer.
Visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM & 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, June 19, 2014 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME where the service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, June 20, 2014. Pastor Jerry Kellogg will officiate and burial will follow in Jerry City Cemetery where the Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad will present full military rites.
