ODOT District Two Construction Update - June 20

Lucas/Wood Counties

1. Interstate 75: Widening *UPDATE*
Wood County (170-14 & 199-14):
Effective tonight, through July, overnight, 8pm to 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-75, from US 6 to Oil Center Road for pavement repair. Additional restrictions will be announced. All work is weather permitting.

2. Interstate 75: Barrier Wall Repair

Wood County: Today until 3pm, lane restrictions are possible on southbound I-75, between Miami Street and Wales Road, for barrier wall repair. All work is weather permitting.

3. Interstate 75/475: Interchange Upgrade *UPDATE*
Lucas County (281-10):
Through June 2014, Upton Avenue, between Georgia

Avenue and Central Avenue, and Central Avenue, between Upton Avenue and Jackman Road, are reduced to one lane for finish work.

Through June, overnight, 7pm through 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475, from Secor Road to I-75, and on I-75, from Detroit Avenue to Berdan Avenue, for finish work.

On Saturday, June 21, at 9pm through Sunday June 22, at 3pm, eastbound I-475 will be reduced to one lane at Auburn Avenue for painting. Additionally, at this time, the ramp from ProMedica Parkway to eastbound I-475 will be closed. Suggested alternate route: westbound I-475; Douglas Road (Exit 18B).

On Sunday, June 22, at 10pm through Monday, June 23, at 5:30am, eastbound I-475 will be reduced to one lane at Auburn Avenue for painting. Additionally, at this time, the ramp from ProMedica Parkway to eastbound I-475 will be closed. Suggested alternate route: westbound I-475; Douglas Road (Exit 18B).

Project complete: June. All work is weather permitting.

4. Interstate 475: Bridge Widening

Lucas County (251-13): Through June 2015, 11-foot lane width restrictions will be in place on I-475 at the Ohio Turnpike. Through June 2015, lane and shoulder restrictions are possible on the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/I-90) at the I-475 bridge. Through June 2015, Manley Road at I-475 is closed. Detour: Garden Road; Holloway Road; Salisbury Road. Project complete: June 2015. All work is weather permitting.

5. Interstate 475: Resurfacing

Lucas and Wood Counties (32-14): Through October, overnight from 7pm until 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475 from SR 25 to US 20A for resurfacing. Ramp restrictions and closures on the I-475/US 24 ramps will be announced. Weekend interstate lane restrictions will be announced. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

6. Interstate 475/U.S. Route 23: Interchange Upgrade

Lucas County (184-14): Through December 2015, shoulder and overnight lane restrictions, 8pm to 6am, are possible at the interchange of I-475/US 23 from Central Avenue to N. Holland Sylvania Road. Additional closures and restrictions will be announced. Project complete: December 2015. All work is weather permitting.

7. Interstate 475: Pavement Repair

Lucas County: Through Friday morning, June 20, overnight from 8pm until 6am, intermittent short-term lane restrictions are possible on I-475, between US 24 and Secor Road, for pavement repair. All work is weather permitting.

8. Interstate 280: Resurfacing and Bridge Repair
Wood County (174-13):
Through November, both directions of I-280, between Ayers Road and Woodville Road, are reduced to one lane with an 11 foot lane width restriction for bridge work. Through August, the following ramps will be closed:

· The ramp from southbound I-280 to Walbridge Road. Detour: southbound I-280; eastbound SR 795; northbound I-280.

· The ramp from Walbridge Road to southbound I-280. Detour: northbound I-280; northbound SR51; southbound I-280.

Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

9. Interstate 280: Landscaping & Slope Repair *UPDATE*
Lucas County:
Through Friday, June 20, daily from 8am until 3pm, lane restrictions are possible on southbound I-280, between Manhattan Boulevard and Greenbelt Parkway, for landscaping and slope repair. All work is weather permitting.

10. State Route 2: Anthony Wayne Bridge Project

Lucas County (58-13): Through September 2015, the Anthony Wayne Bridge is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Detour: Oak Street; Fassett Street; Miami Street; I-75; Anthony Wayne Trail (Exit 201B); Monroe Street; Summit Street. Project complete: December 2015. All work is weather permitting.

11. State Route 65: Bridge Painting
Lucas County (395-13):
Through September, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on the Craig Bridge (SR 65), between Front Street and Summit Street for bridge painting. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

12. State Route 295: Railroad Repair *UPDATE*

Lucas County: Effective today through Friday, June 27, SR 295, between Cardinal Lane and Soul Road, near the Ohio Turnpike will be closed for railroad repair. Detour: SR 2; SR 64; US 20. All work is weather permitting.

13. U.S. Route 20: Turn Lane Addition

Wood County (173-13): Through June, intermittent lane and shoulder restrictions are possible at the intersection of US 20 and Lime City Road for turn lane addition. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: June. All work is weather permitting.

14. U.S. Route 23: Resurfacing

Wood County (598-13): Through August, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on US 23 between SR 105 and US 6 for resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: August. All work is weather permitting.

15. State Route 25: Resurfacing Project * UPDATE*

Wood County (520-13): Intermittent lane restrictions on SR 25, from Front Street to South Boundary Street in Perrysburg are possible for finish work. Project complete: June. All work is weather permitting.

16. State Route 65: Resurfacing & Bridge Work
Wood County (159-14):
Through November, lane restrictions are possible on SR 65, from W. Boundary Street (SR 25) to SR 64 (Waterville bridge) for resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Through June, SR 65, between Roachton Road and Brittney Road, will be closed for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 64; SR 582; SR 25. Local access will be maintained. Additional closures of SR 65 for bridge repair in this area will be announced. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

17. State Route 65: Culvert Replacement
Wood County:
Today, through Friday, June 27, weekdays only, SR 65, between SR 582 and SR 64, will be closed for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 64; SR 582. Local access will be maintained. All work is weather permitting.

18. State Route 105: Culvert Replacement *WORK COMPLETE*

Wood County: SR 105, between Pemberville Road and US 23, is now open and work is complete.

19. State Route 281: Culvert Replacement * NEW WORK*

Wood County: Effective Monday, June 23, through July, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 281 between Henry/Wood County line and Weston Road for culvert replacement. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: September. All work is weather permitting.

20. State Route 582: Resurfacing
Wood County (591-13):
Through August, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 582, between SR 25 and SR 65, for resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: August. All work weather permitting.

21. Wales Road: Railroad Grade Separation

Wood County (614-11): Through June, lane restrictions are possible on Drouillard Road, between Rochester Road and Walnut Hills, for finish work. Project complete: June. All work is weather permitting.

22. Various Route: Drainage Work

Wood County: Today through Friday, June 20, daily from 7am until 3pm, shoulder restrictions are possible on northbound SR 420, at US 20 to Truman Road, and on northbound I-280, between Libbey Road and The Ohio Turnpike, for drainage work. All work is weather permitting

Ottawa/Sandusky/Seneca Counties


23. State Route 19: Resurfacing

Ottawa County (529-13): Through August, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 19 between US 20 and SR 105. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. On Monday, June 23 through Thursday, June 26, SR 19, between US 20 and SR 105, will be closed for bridge work. Detour: US 20; SR 590; SR 105. Project complete: August. All work is weather permitting.

24. State Route 105: Resurfacing *UPDATE*
Sandusky County (188-14): SR 105, between US 20 and Woodpointe Drive and SR 105, between US 20 and Oak Street, for resurfacing is now open
, intermittent lane restrictions are possible for finish work. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

25. State Route 12: Bridge Replacement

Seneca County (584-13): Through July, SR 12, between SR 635 and SR 590, will be closed for bridge replacement. Detour: SR 635; US 6; SR 590. Project complete: July. All work weather permitting.

27. State Route 19: Culvert Repair

Seneca County: Through June, SR 19, between County Road 6 and US 224, is closed for culvert repair. Detour: SR 103; SR 4; US 224. All work is weather permitting.

28. State Route 101: Sewer Work

Seneca County: Through July, SR 101, between East Perry Street and Heilman Street will be closed for sewer work. Detour: SR 18; CR 13. For more information please contact the City of Tiffin (419) 448-5401. All work is weather permitting.

Williams/Fulton/Henry Counties

29. State Route 2: Culvert Repair

Williams County (157-14): Through August, SR 2, between SR 576 and US 6, will be closed for culvert repair. Detour: SR 576; US 6. Project complete: August. All work is weather permitting.

30. State Route 576: Bridge Replacement

Williams County (60-14): Through June, SR 576, between School Street and Seneca Drive, is closed for bridge replacement. Detour: US 20, SR 15, E. Territorial Road; Hillsdale Road. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

31. U.S. Route 20: Culvert Replacement

Fulton County (181-14): Through June, lane restrictions are possible on US 20, between SR 66 and SR 108, for pavement work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Through June, US 20, between SR 108 and Township Road 21, will be closed for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 66; US 20A; SR 108. Project complete: September. All work is weather permitting.

32. State Route 64: Railroad Repair *WORK COMPLETE*

Fulton County: SR 64, between Broadway Avenue and Chestnut Street, is now open and work is complete. .


33. State Route 66:
Resurfacing

Fulton County: Through June, lane restrictions are possible on SR 66, from Stryker Street (SR 2) to Lugbill Road, for finish work. For more information, contact the Village of Archbold at 419-445-4726. All work is weather permitting.

34. State Route 18: Resurfacing Project
Henry County (591-13):
Through August, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 18, between SR 65 and the Henry/Wood County line, for resurfacing and bridge work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: August. All work is weather permitting.

35. State Route 66: Bridge Repair

Henry County (557-13): Through July, SR 66, between SR 2 and SR 34, will be closed for bridge repair. Detour: SR 34; SR 2. Project complete: August. All work is weather permitting.

36. State Route 109: Bridge Replacement * PROJECT BEGAINS MONDAY*
Henry County (182-14):
Effective Monday, June 23, through August, SR 109, between US 24 and Young Street in Liberty Center, will be closed for bridge replacement. Detour: US 24; SR 108; US 20A. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

37. County Road 424: Stone Arch Replacement
Henry County (607-12)
Through July, lane restrictions are possible on East Riverview Avenue (CR 424) , between Commerce Drive and Fillmore Street (Oberhaus Creek) in Napoleon, for culvert work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: July. All work is weather permitting.

District Wide

38. Various Routes: Intelligent Traffic System (ITS)

Lucas County (86-12): Through June, intermittent shoulder restrictions are possible on various routes in the Toledo Metro area for the installation of devices associated with the ITS project. Project complete June. All work is weather permitting.

39. Various Routes: Guardrail & Electrical Maintenance

District Wide (1025-13, and 1022-13): Through December, intermittent lane restrictions are possible district wide for guardrail and electrical maintenance. All work is weather permitting.
