Kim Gustwiller was indicted by the Wood County Grand Jury, as she is alleged to have faked a cancer diagnosis to fraudulently raise money.

The indictment if a third-degree felony offense, theft from an elderly person or disabled adult. 10 victims are listed with "among others" in losing goods or services in excess of $7,500, but less than $37,500, on or about Sept. 7.

She will be arraigned at 1 p.m., Friday, before Judge Alan Mayberry - Wood County Common Pleas Court.
