I. FINANCIAL POSITION REPORT

001-9012…Tuition Reimbursement FY2012

- The MTD expenditures of $22,000 was the annual staff tuition reimbursement and the remaining funds were transferred back into general fund. This year the staff only used $12,009 of the $22,000.

001-9411…Medicaid Reimbursement

- The MTD revenue of $2,175 is a payment for the Medicaid School Program.

002-0000…Bond Retirement

- The MTD revenue of $1,267 is our rollback tax collection for Wood County.

002-9210…Debit Retirement Unvoted .25 Income Tax

- The MTD revenue of $30,973 and MTD expenses of $552 is our income tax collection for debt payment for the new middle school high school and administrative fees.

003-0000… Permanent Improvement Fund

- The MTD revenue of $157 and MTD expenditure of $57,841 is our personal property rollback tax collection for Wood County and construction purchase services at the sports building.

003-9010…Debit Retirement Unvoted .25 Income Tax

- The MTD revenue of $5,876 is our income tax collection for debit retirement.

003-9098…PI Auction Proceeds

- The MTD expenditures of $17,893 are various construction activities for the new athletic building.

006-0000…Lunchroom Fund

- The MTD revenue of $16,284 was our funds collected for student lunches for the month. The encumbrances of $28,465 are for November-December supplies. State/Federal reimbursements will begin November. Our current balance is $18,918 and last year at this time we were at <$22,811>.

018-9118…Powell Principal Account

- The MTD revenue of $6,747 and MTD expenditure of $620 was the Morley Candy fundraiser and expenses for various activities at the elementary building.

- The MTD revenue of $3882 represents student payments and camp donations.

018-9218…Middle School Principal Account

- The MTD expenditures of $122 represents spelling bee enrollment.

018-9238… M.S. Trip Fund

- The MTD revenues of $200 student donation for the DC trip.

- The MTD revenue of $1,076 and MTD expenditures of $95 is the commission from student pictures and lunches for students helping with landscaping.

- The MTD revenue of $2,200 represents Huntington National Bank wellness program. Thru our health insurance consortium.

019-9199…Tree Project

- The MTD expenditure of $3,587 is for the purchase of more trees and additional landscaping at the new middle school high school building.

019-9801 – Pepsi America North Baltimore Scholarship

- The MTD revenue of $1,000 annual scholarship donation.

019-9993…Uniform School Supply Fund

- The MTD revenue of $1,354 represents student fee payments. Our current balance is <$6,133> and last year at this time our balance was <$8,899>. We will be collecting payments all year.

200-9013…Tiger Annual 2012-2013

- The MTD revenue of $490 are book/ad sales.

- The MTD expenditure of $250 was the down payment for hall rental at Nazareth Hall for Prom.

- The MTD revenues of $1,457 and the expenditures of $127 represent volleyball concessions.

- The MTD revenues of $725 and MTD expenses of $25 represent the 2012 Fall Homecoming and activities.
