HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING

December 10, 2012

The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Absent: None.

Guests Present were: JP Miklovic – The NBXpress

It was moved by Wymer seconded by Baltz to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of November 26, 2012 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None.

Motion carried.

It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Financial Report for November 2012 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.

It was moved by Wymer seconded by Baltz that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling: $ 19,456.53

Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.

Old Business

Road Repairs:

Done hauling dirt and ODOT related repairs are complete until spring

Baltz is still researching situation regarding private tie in to township/county road tile and catch basin.

Cell phone replacement for road crew is complete.

Fire contract is on council agenda for 12/11/2012

Select trees are being removed at Shamp property.

Long distance telephone service has been added to township phone line.

New Business

Paperwork has been given to RD Jones for Shamp house demolition. Intention is for work to be started on 12/11/2012

Work on Potter Rd. changes (south of SR 18) is progressing.

Walt Celey is still working on Zoning Regulation revision.

Stewart will contact village to see if there is interest in the no longer used snow plows and salt spreaders.

Davis is attending UAN training on 12/12 and 12/13/2012.

The December 24^th meeting will be moved to the 26^th. Davis will put in the local news outlets and post a notice at township office.

It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer that the following changes be made to appropriation accounts:

$2000 from 1000-930-930 to 1000-110-229

$15000 from 4901-930-930 to 4901-330-420

$795 from 1000-930-930 to 1000-110-313

$41 from 1000-930-930 to 1000-110-312

Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.

It was moved by Stewart seconded by Wymer to authorize the Fiscal Officer to file the necessary paperwork to apply for a Township credit card from First Federal Bank. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.

There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
