From North Baltimore Mayor, Mike Julien: The Board of Zoning Appeals hearing scheduled for Saturday, August 23, 2014 has been cancelled.
This is the original notice that was posted on NBX Aug. 12, from the mayor:
The North Baltimore Local Schools has requested a Zoning Appeals meeting for the purposes of obtaining a “Conditional Use” permit for the south end of the property formerly occupied by the old High School. The Board of Zoning Appeals has the authority to grant a Conditional Use permit to allow a temporary use of a property that meets certain criteria that normally
would not meet a specific zoning classification.
The use being requested for consideration is to allow the property to be used as a parking area for an adjacent property owner. The Appeals meeting has been scheduled for August 23, 2014 at 8:00 AM. Abutting property owners have been notified by letter from the Village’s Zoning Administration via the Postal Service. The Zoning Appeals Board must publicize this meeting at least ten days before the scheduled hearing time and must notify the requesting party of their decision within thirty days of the hearing.
THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED
