The McDonald’s® restaurant at 12776 Deshler Road, North Baltimore hosted it’s 13th and final car show this season on Tuesday, August 26th. The event was well attended with 40 cars, classic and contemporary. The Tuesday Night Crawlers Car Club utilizes this venue as a way to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest, Ohio.
The McDonald’s Restaurant in North Baltimore holds a 13 week car show every Tuesday night, June through August. Special events that are organized by the TNC at these shows are an added feature that makes this show unique. Events have recognized our veterans, paid honor to the car club’s fallen members, celebrated Ford and Chevy, Whirlpool Bike Night and so much more.
Through the group effort of the TNC Car Club and the support of the owner/operator Larry Ball and other sponsors the group has raised $5826.75 this season. Funds are raised through raffle tickets for a laptop computer donated by Denny’s Computers, Great Scot 90 second Grocery Grab and a $250 Gift Certificate from Car Specialties, auction items and generous donations from Jay and Mary Jimison of J & M Carryout.
Chad Bringman, President of Ronald McDonald House of Toledo accepted the donation and shared the mission of the organization with the group. Larry Ball added his appreciation to the recognition program that was produced by Mary Hinkelman, Marketing Supervisor for Ball and D.J. Dale Hinkelman that volunteers his time and talent to the show.
Since 2009 the car club has made donations to the Ronald McDonald House of over $15k in total. They set a goal this year to push the bar to $20K and with this years donations their total donations is an outstanding $21352.51.

The Tuesday Night Car Club is a great group of car enthusiast that goes above and beyond to fulfill their mission of supporting the Ronald McDonald House. The club meets every 3rd Tuesday 6 pm, October – May at the North Baltimore McDonald’s in the Community Room. They take this time to plan the upcoming event nights and shows they will attend as a club. They have no dues, but do require their members to attend 3 meetings to become official.
