Lucas/Wood Counties

1.Interstate 75: Widening *UPDATE*
Wood & Hancock Counties (170-14, 199-14, 237-14 & 3000-14):
Interstate Restrictions

Through 2016, southbound I-75 is reduced to two lanes from US 20 to I-475 Perrysburg. Through September, overnight from 8pm until 6am, single lane restrictions and traffic shifts are possible on I-75, from US 20 in Perrysburg to CR 99 in Hancock County, for pavement repair and barrier wall installation. Through 2016, 11-foot lane width restrictions are in place on I-75 between US 20 in Perrysburg to CR 99 in Hancock County.

State/Local Route Restrictions

· Effective today, through November, SR 582, will be reduced to one lane in each direction over I-75, for slope repair. Traffic will be maintained by signal.

· Through November, Bays Road at I-75, and Jerry City Road, at I-75 is closed for bridge work. Detour: SR 25; SR 281; Solether Road.

Additional restrictions will be announced. Project complete: August 2017. All work is weather permitting.

2. Interstate 75: Pavement Rehabilitation
Lucas County (268-14):
Through July 2015, I-75, from the I-75/475 split in Toledo to the Anthony Wayne Trail is reduced to two lanes.

Through July 2016, the following ramps will be restricted or closed:

· The interchange ramp from eastbound I-475 to southbound I-75 is reduced to one lane.

· The interchange ramp from northbound I-75 to westbound I-475 is reduced to one lane

· The ramp from Detroit Avenue to southbound I-75 is closed. Detour: Monroe Street; Michigan Avenue; SR 25.

All work is weather permitting. Project complete: July 2016

3. Interstate 75/80: Ramp Repair *NEW WORK*
Wood County:
Effective Tuesday, September 9, at 7pm, through Wednesday, September 10 at 6am, the ramp from the Ohio Turnpike (I-80) to southbound I-75, will be closed for pavement repair. Detour: northbound I-75; Buck Road (Exit 197). All work is weather permitting.

4. Interstate 75/475: Drainage Work *UPDATE*

Lucas County: Through Friday, from 9am until 3pm, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on I-75, between Miami Street and South Avenue, for cleaning and drainage work. Additionally at this time, intermittent ramp closures are possible on the ramps to and from I-75 at Miami Street and at South Avenue. Effective Sunday, September 7, through September, overnight, 8pm until 6am, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on I-475 from the I-75/475 interchange in Toledo to the I-475/US 23 interchange in Sylvania. All work is weather permitting.

5. Interstate 475/U.S. Route 23: Interchange Upgrade

Lucas County (184-14): Through December 2015, overnight from 8pm until 6am, shoulder and overnight lane restrictions are possible at the interchange of I-475/US 23 from Central Avenue to N. Holland Sylvania Road. Through September, Blossman Road, between Fairbanks Avenue and Plainview Drive, will be closed for bridge work. Detour: Plainview Drive; Central Avenue; Fairbanks Avenue. The University/Parks Trail will remain open during this time. Additional closures and restrictions will be announced. Project complete: December 2015. All work is weather permitting.

6. Interstate 475: Bridge Widening

Lucas County (251-13 & 235-14): Interstate Restrictions

Through May 2016, overnight from 8pm until 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475, between Angola Road and Salsibury Road/Dussel Drive. 11-foot lane width restrictions are in place on I-475 between Angola Road and Salsibury Road/Dussel Drive. Through June 2016, lane and shoulder restrictions are possible on the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/I-90) at the I-475 bridge.

Local Route Restrictions

· Through December, Angola Road will be closed at I-475 for bridge widening. Detour: McCord Road; Airport Highway; Holland Sylvania Road.

· Through June 2015, Manley Road at the Ohio Turnpike bridge will be closed.

Project complete: June 2016. All work is weather permitting.

7. Interstate 475: Resurfacing Project *UPDATE*

Lucas and Wood Counties (32-14): Through October, overnight from 7pm until 6am, lane restrictions are possible on I-475, from SR 25 to US 20A, for resurfacing. On Friday, September 5, at 7pm through Monday, September, 8 at 6am, southbound I-475, from US 24 to SR 25, will be reduced to one lane for bridge work. Delays are possible. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

8. Interstate 475/State Route 2: Safety Project
Lucas County (315-14):
Through September, overnight 9pm until 6am, ramp restrictions and closures are possible on the on and off ramps to I-475 and Airport Highway (SR 2). Detours will be posted during ramp closures. Project complete: September. All work is weather permitting.

9. Interstate 475: Noise Wall Installation

Lucas County (314-14): Through June of 2015, shoulder restrictions are possible on I-475, from Corey Road to Woodley Road for noise wall installation. Overnight lane restrictions on I-475 will be announced. Project complete: June 2015. All work is weather permitting.

10. Interstate 280: Resurfacing and Bridge Repair
Wood County (174-13):
Through November, both directions of I-280, between Ayers Road and Woodville Road, are reduced to one lane with an 11 foot lane width restriction for bridge work. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

11. State Route 2: Anthony Wayne Bridge Project

Lucas County (58-13): Through September 2015, the Anthony Wayne Bridge is closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Detour: Oak Street; Fassett Street; Miami Street; I-75; Anthony Wayne Trail (Exit 201B);

Monroe Street; Summit Street.

Local Route Restrictions

· Through November, Miami Street, between Stratton Street and Greenwood Avenue will be closed for bridge work. Detour: Fassett Street; Oak Street.

· Through September, daytime closures are possible on Yondota Street, between Nevada Street and Greenwood Street, for bridge deck removal. Detour: Nevada Street; Miami Street; Greenwood Street.

· Through September, daytime intermittent lane restrictions are possible on Boers-Boyer Way. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.

Project complete: December 2015. All work is weather permitting.

12. U.S. Route 20: Holland Sylvania Road & Reynolds Road Intersection Improvements

Lucas County (145-14 & 252-14): Through December, lane and shoulder restrictions are possible at the intersection of Central Avenue and Holland Sylvania Road for utility work and widening. Left turn lanes are maintained. Through December, intermittent lane restrictions are possible at the intersection of Central Avenue and Reynolds Road for safety improvements Project complete: July 2015. All work is weather permitting.

13. State Route 65: Bridge Painting

Lucas County (395-13): Through September, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on the

Craig Bridge (SR 65), between Front Street and Summit Street, for bridge painting. Additional closures may be announced. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

14. McCord Road: Underpass Construction

Lucas County (236-14): Through November, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on McCord Road, from Hall Street to Kipling Drive, for rail and road work. Project complete November 2016. All work is weather permitting.

15. U.S. Route 6: Railroad Repair *UPDATE*

Wood County: Effective Monday, September 8, through Monday, September 15, US 6, in both directions between Range Line Road and SR 235 will be closed for railroad repair. Detour: SR 25; SR 281; SR 235. All work is weather permitting.

16. State Route 18: Resurfacing
Wood County (402-14):
Through October, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 18 from Mitchel Road in North Baltimore to Rose Street in Bloomdale; work includes resurfacing on SR 18 in North Baltimore. Through mid-September, SR 18 at I-75 will be reduced to one lane in each direction for bridge work. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

17. State Route 64: Signal Upgrade *NEW PROJECT*

Wood County (90-14): Effective Monday, September 22, through November, weekday intermittent lane restrictions are possible on Wooster Street (SR 64), from Dunbridge Road to Thurstin Avenue for signal upgrades. Intermittent weekday lane restrictions are also possible on SR 25 at Newton Road. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

18. State Route 65: Resurfacing & Bridge Work *UPDATE*

Wood County (159-14): SR 65, between Hull Prairie Road and Roachton Road, is now open. Through November, lane restrictions are possible on SR 65, from W. Boundary Street (SR 25) to SR 64 (Waterville bridge), for resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Additional closures will be announced. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

19. State Route 281: Culvert Replacement

Wood County (193-14): Through September, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 281, between Henry/Wood County Line and Weston Road, for finish work. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

20. State Route 420: Safety Improvements

Wood County (423-14): Through November, northbound SR 420, between SR 163 to I-280, is reduced to one lane for widening. Restrictions on southbound SR 420 will be announced. Project complete: July 2015. All work is weather permitting.

21. Gypsy Lane Road: Bridge Repair

Wood County: Through December, Gypsy Lane Road in Bowling Green is closed for bridge repair. Detour: Dunbridge Road; Napoleon Road; Campbell Hill Road. All work is weather permitting.

22. Range Line Road: Bridge Replacement
Wood County (3013-14):
Through September, Range Line Road, between Cygnet Road and Hammansburg Road, will be closed for bridge replacement. Detour: Cygnet Road; SR 235; Hammansburg Road. Additional bridges and restrictions will be announced. Project complete: December. All work is weather permitting.

Ottawa/Sandusky/Seneca Counties

23. State Route 2: Mine Remediation

Ottawa County (27-13): Effective Monday, September 8, through May 2015, SR 2 between SR 163 and SR 53 will be reduced to one lane in each direction for mine remediation. On Monday, September 8, through May 2015, the ramp from southbound SR 53 to westbound SR 2 is closed. Detour: SR 53; SR 163. Project complete: May 2016. All work is weather permitting.

24. State Route 2: Resurfacing and Bridge Repair *UPDATE*
Ottawa County (611-13):
Through November, SR 2, between West Camp Perry Western Road and North Camp Perry Eastern Road, is reduced to one lane for resurfacing and bridge work. Lane widths are reduced to 10 feet within this work zone. Through November, no left turns are permitted from eastbound SR 2 to Camp Perry East Road and from Camp Perry East Road to eastbound SR 2. Additionally, through November, access to the SR 2 Rest Area from eastbound SR 2 is not permitted. Detours are posted. Project complete: November. All work weather permitting.

25. State Route 105: Resurfacing
Sandusky County (188-14): Through September, i
ntermittent lane restrictions are possible for finish work on SR 105, between US 20 and Wood Pointe Drive, and SR 105, between US 20 and Oak Street. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

26. U.S. Route 224: Resurfacing and Bridge Repair

Seneca County (151-14): On Thursday, September 11, through October, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on US 224, from SR 67 to SR 100 for resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Effective Monday, September 15, through Thursday, September 18, US 224, between Swander Road and SR 67, will be closed for bridge repair. Detour: SR 100; SR 67. Additional closures will be announced. Project complete: November. All work is weather permitting.

Williams/Fulton/Henry Counties

27. State Route 15: Culvert Replacement

Williams County: Through Friday, September 12, SR 15, between SR 127 and SR 107, will be closed for culvert replacement. Detour: SR 127; US 20A. All work is weather permitting.

28. State Route 107: Chip Seal
Williams County (1065-14):
Through September, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 107, between SR 49 and CR 10, for chip seal work. Project complete: September. All work is weather permitting.

29. State Route 18: Resurfacing Project
Henry County (591-13):
Through September, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on SR 18, between SR 65 and the Henry/Wood County line, for resurfacing and bridge work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: September. All work is weather permitting.

30. State Route 109: Bridge Replacement
Henry County (182-14):
SR 109, between US 24 and Young Street in Liberty Center, is now open. Through September, intermittent lane and shoulder restrictions are possible on SR 109, between US 24 and Young Street in Liberty Center, for finish work. Project complete: October. All work is weather permitting.

31. County Road 424: Stone Arch Replacement
Henry County (607-12)
Through December, CR 424, between SR 109 and TR 6C, will be closed for stone arch repair. Detour: SR 295; US 24; SR 109. Project complete: December. All work is weather permitting.

32. County Road 424: Resurfacing

Henry County (76-14): Through October, intermittent lane restrictions are possible on CR 424, between Wayne Park Drive and CR 11, for finish work. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers. Project complete: October. All work weather permitting.

District Wide

33. Various Routes: Intelligent Traffic System (ITS)

Lucas County (86-12): Through September, intermittent shoulder restrictions are possible on various routes in the Toledo Metro area for the installation of devices associated with the ITS project. Project complete: September. All work is weather permitting.

34. Various Routes: Guardrail & Electrical Maintenance

District Wide (1025-13, and 1022-13): Through December, intermittent lane restrictions are possible district wide for guardrail and electrical maintenance. All work is weather permitting.
